Add-ons (published, not hidden)
Some properties need extra work — a buried lid, a long hose run, a priority window. Every possible add-on is listed here. You only pay for the ones that clearly apply, and you see them before you confirm the booking.
Lid excavation
Locate and uncover a buried or unknown tank lid. Waived if your lid is already exposed.

Additional hose (per 50 ft)
Long driveways or awkward truck placement sometimes need extra hose. Published rate, no surprise charges.

Pricing questions
Why is flat-rate pricing better than getting a phone quote?+
Phone quotes almost always leave out disposal fees, fuel surcharges, and weekend upcharges that appear on the final invoice. Flat-rate pricing by tank size means you see the real number before you book — including which add-ons apply to your specific property.
Are there any fees you don’t list here?+
No. The tank-size rate plus any add-ons that clearly apply (lid excavation, priority dispatch, riser install, extra hose) is the total. No disposal fees, no fuel fees, no weekend or evening upcharges.
What if my tank is a non-standard size?+
Tanks under 750 gallons are billed at the 750-gallon rate. Tanks over 1,500 gallons (rare in residential) are quoted before booking. If the technician finds a size mismatch on-site, we adjust to the listed tier — no scope-creep invoicing.
Do I need a full inspection with every pump-out?+
Every pump-out includes a basic visual check of baffles, inlet and outlet tees, and sludge levels. A full state-compliant inspection (required for some real-estate transactions) is a separate service and is quoted when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay at booking. You’re charged after the service is complete — no deposit or hold required.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the service window. Within 24 hours, a small fee may apply depending on how close the technician is to dispatch.
