Questions about our services

What services does SepticTap offer?+
Four core services: residential septic tank pumping (flat-rate by tank size, $299–$449), emergency/same-day pumping for backups, septic system inspection for home sales and due-diligence, and riser installation to eliminate future lid-excavation fees.
How does SepticTap pricing work?+
Every service is flat-rate with add-ons published up front. Tank pumping is priced by tank size (750/1,000/1,250/1,500 gallons). Inspection is $189. Riser install is $225. Emergency pumping adds $75 priority dispatch to the base pump-out rate. No phone quotes, no disposal or fuel fees.
Are all technicians licensed and insured?+
Yes. Every provider on SepticTap is a licensed septic contractor under their state’s plumbing or environmental-health authority, with current liability and auto insurance on file. We verify before any job is dispatched.
Can I bundle services?+
Yes — the most common bundle is pumping + inspection (typical for real-estate transactions), or pumping + riser install (save a second truck dispatch). Bundle pricing is shown at checkout once you add both to your booking.
